I have a fairly serious girl crush on the ladies of Tone It Up, a fitness website by Karena Dawn and Katrina Hodgson. They are so goofy and positive and genuinely love what they do, and it shows through all their content. Their YouTube channel is a goldmine of short circuits of strength training moves, which is great if you’re like me and like variety in your workouts. But seriously, it’s their energy that makes working out enjoyable.
Here is the arms circuit I’ve been doing over the past couple weeks. Some of the moves may seem deceptively simple, but I FEEL IT the next day.
